This season we will be changing the way we celebrate the end of year.
We will be holding our AGM on Thursday 27th February at 5:00 p.m. at Coolamon Oval. If you wish to nominate for any of the executive positions please come and collect a nomination form from the pavilion. The positions are
• Manager/Parent Liaison Officer
• Uniform Officer
• Equipment Manager
• Head Coach
• Fundraising Officer
Following the AGM we will be conducting our Trophy Presentation.
At the conclusion of the trophy presentation we have organised a Fun Fair for the athletes to celebrate the end of the intra club competition. All athletes will be able to participate in the amusements.
We will be selling sausage sizzles for $2.50 and drinks for $1.00. If you are able to assist us with the sausage sizzle please come and see us. All help would be greatly appreciated.
Family Fun Night
To celebrate the end of the season we are having a Family Fun Night at The Great Escape Hillarys. We have exclusively booked out the venue on Saturday 15th March 2014 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. for all athletes and their immediate family.
Entry will include unlimited assess to the Waterslides, mini golf, jungle mountain and trampolines. It will also include a meal, choice of hamburger/hotdog plus a soft drink/water and an icy pole.
The club has subsidised the entry fee reducing it $15.00 per person participating in the rides and meal. Booking is essential.
